I'm Katherine Powers, and I founded Up Realty with a vision to elevate what a real estate brokerage can be — not just in performance, but in purpose. I’m licensed in both Texas and Washington, with over 15 years of experience in residential sales, investments, and leadership. But more than that, I’m passionate about creating an environment where both clients and agents rise higher — in business, in life, and in faith.

Outside of real estate, I’ve been married for 14 years and am a mom to four incredible kids who keep life full of adventure, sports, and community. I’m passionate about travel, coffee, interior design, and music — and I serve as a worship leader at my church. I aim for integration over balance, showing up with integrity and presence in every part of life: faith, family, and business. I believe in pursuing excellence, trying new things (even if I’m bad at them — like tennis!), and living a life that reflects what matters most.
