To be considered you must fall under one of three following categories:
1. Maintained a Real Estate Broker License for at least 10 years and Successfully closed at least 10 deals in the past 2 years.
2. Maintained a Real Estate license for at least the past 5 years, and Successfully closed at least 40 transactions in the past 3 years.
3. Hold a Managing Brokers License, with at least 10 transactions closed as Managing Broker, and be willing to sign a delegation agreement to take responsibility for your own transaction compliance with according to the rules and regulations put forth by the Washington State Department of Licensing.
