I'm Katherine Powers, founder and Designated Broker of Up Realty. I started this brokerage with a vision to elevate what real estate can be — not just in performance, but in purpose. With licenses in both Texas and Washington and over 15 years of experience in residential sales, investing, and leadership, my goal isn’t just to run a firm. It’s to build a culture where people rise — in business, in life, and in faith.

Outside of work, I’ve been married for 14 years and am mom to four incredible kids — life is full of movement, sports, and deep community. I love travel, coffee, design, and music, and I serve as a worship leader at my church. I believe in integration over balance — showing up with integrity and presence in every area of life: faith, family, and business. I believe in pursuing excellence, trying new things (even badly), and living a life that reflects what matters most.
