Who We're Looking For:

  • Licensed (or nearly licensed) in Texas

  • Committed to working full-time and growing a sustainable real estate career

  • Professional, organized, and driven to serve others well

  • Coachable and accountable, with a hunger to grow

  • Someone whose values align with ours: faith, stewardship, excellence, and service

What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in regular ongoing sales training, business coaching and mentorship

  • Respond to and convert warm buyer and seller leads provided by the company

  • Host open houses, attend showings, and conduct listing appointments

  • Use proven systems and checklists to stay on track and serve clients well

  • Actively prospect to build your own pipeline (we expect a 1:1 balance)

  • Provide an exceptional, honest experience to every client
